Note 12 – Related Parties As of March 31, 2020, the Company owed approximately $50,000 for net advances from Mr. Doug Croxall, the Company’s chief executive officer. The advances were non-interest bearing, and a formal agreement had not been finalized as of the date of this report. There were no amounts owed to Mr. Croxall as of March 31, 2021. |
